Trauma
There are moments in life that seem to change everything. They rock you to your core. I can support you while you get your feet back on the ground. Over time, with my help, you will be able to develop a renewed sense of safety and create a new sense of normalcy in your life. Once you are able to think more clearly and the crisis has passed, you can move on with a restored sense of comfort and faith.
Life and Family Transitions
There are events in life that take place, sometimes by your choosing and sometimes not, where your day-to-day life is going to be different. I can support you so that you can get your bearings and develop the confidence you need to move forward with the many changes that you are facing. Reconnecting with who you are and getting in touch with your own unique voice can help you get started.
Long-term or Cumulative Issues
For clients who are experiencing long-term or cumulative conditions such as depression, anxiety or grief, therapy usually takes longer and multiple issues may be targeted for treatment. I generally take an extensive history in order to assess your needs and to identify how I can help you. Once I’ve completed your history and gathered the necessary information, we will discuss your goals and I will develop a treatment plan with your input. Then together, we will begin moving forward on your path to recovery.
